Q: Do you sell extra gel packs? My physical therapist wants me to heat foot, do exercise then ice.

You only get two packs with the ankle wrap. I only use mine for ice therapy. I suppose you could use a heating pad or one of those items you can heat in the microwave for the heat aspect - then ice with this wrap. The wrap isn't convenient for a person to wear and walk around - I use mine to hold the ice packs in place while I rest in bed. It keeps the ice packs tight in a certain place - instead of an ice bag slipping off your ankle or lower leg. Hope this helps!

Q: I need an ice pack for my ankle, heel and around my foot, will the packs hit those areas?

The area of coverage is on the bottom of foot and where you see the velcor on top. The other area of coverage is above the ankle where the velcor is. I like this wrap a lot. It does the job. I do not remove the gel packs. I place the entire wrap in a bag and place it in the freezer. I hope this answers your question.

Yes it is. It works great. I have been icing my ankle every night and the packs are amazing.
