Although it arrived in good time and was well packaged, flavourings are really tricky get an accurate taste. If you add too little, obviously the flavour is too weak, but adding too much gives an unpleasant flavour which of course you can't reverse unless you add more of your mixture. So add the oil literally drop by drop until you get it to your liking. It will still be a subtle taste though, there's nothing strong or too definite about it. I've found that the oils are perhaps more true/natural than other flavourings. This has a faint, yet pleasing taste. I add peanut flour before making frozen yoghurt, and this helps bring out the flavour more.
