Needed a door knob like this one as a security function for a closet door. To keep the average person out so nothing major. But overall it works as intended. It's pretty durable and looks clean with the screen and the actual doorknob. Pretty self explanatory to put together, it gives you directions but you can use your previous doorknob as a guide. The battery terminal needs 4 AAAs as well. All the parts were included so nothing was missing.The lock feature with the number pad was the feature I'm using and it has a good quality sound for pressing the buttons. Touch screen works as well, no issues. Setting up the password is easy too, provided the directions are in the manual. It also has a fingerprint password that you can use. I have no problems with it as well.Overall this item is really durable, looks clean and the security lock in itself works really well.

I like to keep my bedroom door locked when we have a house full of teenagers. I got tired of having to tote my key around with me or stashing it somewhere and having to dig it out when I needed it. We purchased this after looking at many brands and comparing.It was very easy to switch out, it only took me a few minutes. The instructions were very easy to follow.Programming it was simple; again, the instructions were easy to follow.When programing your thumb print, make sure when you do your three taps that you moved your thumb around a bit so it reads different parts of your thumb. That way pretty much no matter how you put your thumb on it, it will read it to unlock for you. It holds 18 finger prints, so I actually ended up adding mine twice, just so I could have more angles that I could hold my thumb for unlocking.We really like the ease of using it.It is very well made. It is solid feeling. And it is stylish. I was afraid it would look bulky, and be ugly, as my prior door handle was very pretty, but it’s not bad at all.We’ve been using it for a couple months and the batteries are still going strong.I have considered another one for our front door, but I’m not entirely set on moving away from a keyed entry for our main entrance. I guess I’m just a little too old school yet. 😆If I had other rooms inside my house that I wished to have locked, I would absolutely buy another one of these!!

I’m using this fingerprint/smart door handle on the door to my workout room. SO glad I got this! I have 3 children, one being very young, that I do not want going into the workout room without my supervision. Due to the fact I cannot control every time they go into the basement, this door handle has given me peace of mind knowing they cannot get into that room & potentially hurting themselves playing around on the equipment. It was easy to install, easy to set up and I love the fact that you can set multiple fingerprints to access the door. If for some reason the fingerprint doesn’t work (I have not experienced that), there is also an option to set a passcode, as there is a keypad on the handle that lights up. Long battery life and all around great product! Would also be great on an office door or really any room that you want to limit access to for whatever reason.

I purchased this lock to replace my previous smart lock that only supports fingerprint. This lock works very well, the fingerprint works all the time, and I like it that I can use both a passcode and the physical key as two backup methods to get in. The overall quality feels very good as well.

Directions were a little confusing but once we figured it out, it works greatThere's a code that switches from auto lock to manual. Once you do that code it will switch the next time you use it. So if you want it locked now, click the lock. Then it will auto lock everytime you use it. If its currently locked and you're switching to manual mode, you still have to unlock it. Then it won't auto lock. So basically the next time you use your fingerprint it will do the mode its in.
