After 2 days of use, I noticed something in the canister when I opened it to put the water and saline packet it. I swiped with my finger (see picture #2) and saw the silver. When I looked at the canister I found where the silver flaked off.I was appreciative that Amazon allowed a refund due to the defectiveness of the product.

UPDATE 11.01: Starting to really get the hang of this thing and figured out how to lessen the pressure rate, and as a result I am really loving this now. I angle the nozzle more directly toward the inner septum which kind of restricts the pressure a bit. And I make sure to keep the water temp nice and warm. Now the flow is not unlike my neti pot and very comfortable. Using this mult times a week now as a result of these new adjustments. Still a lot way easier than manual method and haven't even had to recharge the unit yet.ORIG: I'm a long time Nettie pot user. If you've never used Nettie pot or some nasal Irrigation, I'm not sure you would like this as your introduction device lol. The suction in the pump *Definitely* works well- a bit too well - I wished the Weak setting was actually a bit weaker. It was an eye jolting experience ha! It was like a Wasabi experience. Having said that, it 100% cleared out my Nasal passage. As with anything, sealed or unsealed, it's good common sense to wash out the container and flush the tubes as well. It's definitely not as messy as Nettie pot requiring me to lean over far into the sink. I won't lie, Nasal Irrigation is not a comfortable experience- but my experience is that I rarely get sick when keeping up a once a week routine. It's a decent device- it does what it advertised. Likely best for experienced users.

Good instructions, well made. High technology. No problem with water getting into charge port. This is so much easier than my neti pot. I can now irrigate my nose more because it does everything for me.

The media could not be loaded. Nothing I like. First thing I cannot assemble to try using it. There is only one way I can use is straight but there is no long hose instead there is a cord. What to do? Instructions are incomplete and material is cheap. I waited yo use if after my surgery but I am unable to try.

The included instruction sheet left A LOT to be desired... choppy sentences that didn't really make sense. I had to Google a video on how to use this product. The product worked well, after figuring out how to put it together and use it.

This is what I needed works fast and has helped me with my sinus and allergies . I like this product

Great when it worked, but it didn't last longer than a month.
