The photo shows no metal back box but description states there is one. One review confirms it does not come with a back box; is this true, everytime?

The MK K2946 ALM should ship as standard with a back box. Mine came from Amazon (as the seller) and included one. If you order from elsewhere and do not get one, then you should return it as parts are missing.
