Thought I'd leave it a few months before leaving a review to let it settle.The filter works brilliantly in my 96l tank, way better than my old Fluval, it has almost stopped the algae buildup on the glass and it keeps the aeration going for 4 weeks, the filter has a prefilter chamber that traps larger items from going into the foam.I'd definitely recommend it!

I have had this filter for 2 years and overall was a decent filter, ive just got home and it has blown up in my tank with lots of smoke coming from it. It has also injured 2 of my fish and damaged there sides so were currently unsure if there going to make it. It's left a black film across the top of the water.I know thing dont last forever and they break, but it's concerning that it would just blow up and cause damage to my fish so just wanted to make others aware.

Love this one. I was using a standard one that came with the tank when I purchased it but I’ve got two panda orandas and two calico ranchus which need better filtration in my 80L tank. This filter cleaned up all the algae and murky water in less than 8 hours. Heaven compared to my old one with no noise at all. Only thing is my aeration tube doesn’t seem to work and not sure if I’m doing it wrong or right but I installed it as shown in the picture and left one side outside the aquarium and one attached to the top of the filter but still doesn’t work. If someone could tell me if I’m doing anything wrong that’d be great. Thanks . Great product

amazing. I was struggling to get the water clear in my aquarium, even with weekly water changes. I was a little sceptical that this filter would work, but after removing the old one and replacing with this new filter the water in my aquarium is completely clear. Thanks this is a great product.
