Corelle1101055 Square 6-Piece Dinner Plate Set, Splendor, Glass, White

Ordered one set on Amazon Warehouse deal - received Corelle product code 1101055 as per listing, but with Corelle label and contents being 23cm (9") luncheon plates, not 26cm (10.25") dinner plates.Ordered another set, this time at listed price - this time received 26cm dinner plates, but the Corelle product code is 1107746.The plates look superb and we are keeping both sets.Our previous Corelle plates lasted 20 years and are still flawless - we just got bored of them.

Liked but is not chip resistance as in the product detail. So disappointed forgot to take a picture. Dam just threw it away.

The description says glass dinnerware but these are earthenware heavy plates NOT the light Corelle glass plates. Amazon were not interested when I contacted them to say the product description was incorrect and having been shipped from America I am stuck with six plates that are of no use.

I received 6of them like seconds all were odd shaped

It's funny...we've had these plates for about a month now and I still don't like to use them because they feel like the "special plates" that's reserved for company. They are GORGEOUS in person and so far they've held up really well, so I'd give them six stars if I could at the price.The design on these plates is slightly raised and that worried me, but I've scrubbed a few in the sink and they come away looking good as new. They've also been thru the dishwasher at least a dozen times and there's no chips, crack or anything like that, so I have a feeling that they'll last a long time. We haven't dropped one yet so I'm not sure if they're really shatter-proof as stated (I won't eat a sandwich off them...so I'm definitely not going to drop one on purpose!). But so far all is well.In terms of size, I think they're slightly larger than traditional dinner plates, but it's tough to tell since they're squared off. There is a round area in the center of the plate though so they stack well and are easy to hold onto (if you like walking around when you eat dinner, maybe?!?). All that said, I'm thrilled with this purchase and this will be our brand several years into the future. I have already ordered a 2nd set so we can phase out our older plates.

If you stack these plates on top of one another it's obvious they're all slightly warped. But, you don't notice while looking at any one plate. That aside, these things are so durable, well-sized, and fancy that I fully intend on owning them for a few decades.
