I remember the 1st time I tried glass noodles (cooked by my Korean friend) and have been searching for them ever since. This is exactly what I remember tasting. So delicious! Easy to prepare and work with. They also reheat really well.

Whatever is in this product/packaging that warrants warning on the package: CANCER AND REPRODUCTIVE HARM??? AND made in CHINA! My grandson made a dish with this last week when I was visiting and it was delicious so I purchased 2 pkgs and enthusiastically opened the Amazon box and saw both of the "I never would have bought it" labels! Oh, foolish me, I thought since labels mentioned AUTHENTIC KOREAN TASTE that it meant something like it was produced in Korea....which I would have preferred and would not have ordered had I seen the labeling on the Amazon picture of the product.
