I Take every day and it’s helped my blood circulation massively

I take these for high blood pressure. One pill on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and within 10 minutes the veins in my wrists are visibly dilated. Lasts for around an hour. It took 4-5 days of use for the effect to kick in. As far as I can tell, I have not had any side effects. The pills are large, ovoid, and chalky, with a smooth coating that aids swallowing. No particular smell or taste. I find them easy enough to swallow with plenty of water. They are coated with vegetable glycerine from palm oil, which some people may like to be aware of.
