Hi there, I do use it on the face. I put a thin layer only at night before a moisturiser and only every another day. As a trained beauty therapist I advise that you try it on your body to see that you have no issues. Then put on face every two days and apply thinly. I found it to be very good. Great on upper arms and helps with marks and blemishes on face and body. Helps skin feel smooth. A little goes a long way so you don't need to use a lot. Hope this helps.

can i apply my whitening moisturizer on top??will it boost my whitening lotion?? or better put exfoliating lotion alone

No, I would not apply it on top of the exfoliating lotion. Your skin will not absorb both of them at the same time properly. It will increase the penetration of other products or lotion you use on the skin as it removes dead skin cells, but do not apply those products at the same time or layer them
