I've just had oral surgery. A mouth full of stitches and very raw! These peppermints are delicious, refreshing and very very soothing! I like the packaging too...cute lol

Not at all what I was expecting after reading the ad on Amazon for these. They are supposed to be strong but they not really and have an unpleasant taste of medicine. So I’m very disappointed and cannot recommend them. 10/11/24: I need to admit I was wrong. The first packet I opened did have an unusual medicinal taste that I wasn’t expecting, but because I bought a lot of them I’ve had finish them up and grown used to them. Mind you I have to have three at a time for strength and they did seem very expensive for what they are. So I’ve added a third star to reflect that I was jumping the gun in my initial review: I could recommend them if you can accept the slightly unusual taste and don’t mind them looking like a headache tablet.

The mint are not as strong as we had hoped thus the 3 star review. It's a personal taste thing and may differ from other strong mint hunters. Otherwise it's a good mint 👍

Lo xilitolo fa probabilmente bene ai denti, anche se la cosa non è del tutto appurata. Ovviamente, come tutti i sostituti dello zucchero che non vengono metabolizzati, va usato in moderazione. Una scatola di queste mentine ne contiene 15 grammi, cioè se non ricordo male 25 mentine. Sono costose, non c'è che dire: per circa €25 qui se ne comprano 12 scatole. Però... in Italia si trovano gomme da masticare allo xilitoli, poi chewing gum allo xilitolo, poi... aspettate, come non detto, è la stessa cosa! Solo quelle si trovano, e a me non piacciono. Cercavo delle caramelle/mentine, e queste sono le uniche che ho trovato, e ho cercato un bel po'. Peccato che viene importato un solo gusto (menta piperita ed eucalipto). Sono piuttosto forti, ma che sarà mai. Le scatole sono di carta/cartone ma resistenti e restano chiuse senza problemi, e l'imballaggio è anch'esso di carta salvo essere ricoperto da un sottile strato di pellicola plastica. Al momento la carta scarseggia, ma la ritengo comunque più rispettosa dell'ambiente, molto più riciclabile, e credo impieghi meno energia che non scatolette di metallo. Quindi per me promosse anche dal punto di vista ambientale, per quello che ne posso capire.

These mints don't stick to your teeth & they don't leave a sugary goo in your mouth. It does take a while to get them.

I like these mints, especially because they are made from natural ingredients, no artificial additives. Not too strong for me. Paper embalage is a positive thing also.
