The arch support and the feel is perfect no more lower back & feet pain

I overdid it running and walking on vacation and came home with very sore feet. I was limping around on my right foot and it wasn’t getting better since I’m on my feet all day at work. After receiving these I had instant relief and almost no pain in minutes. The support allowed my sore foot to heal without making it worse with every step like before the inserts. They are much more comfortable that the factory inserts in my expensive tennis shoes. Highly recommend .

My husband used these less than a week and they're already coming apart.

It's not the best for sure but I used them to switch with a pair of walking shoe. It fits really well in the shoe and doesn't bring your foot to high in the shoe. The only and major drawback is the hard plastic surrounding the soft middle. So after an hour or so you feel the hard plastic.
