I don't often leave reviews but thought this deserves one.Bought this speaker in January for our wet room and I must say its brilliant.The battery life is fantastic, since January I think its been charged around 5 times and is used almost every day by the family.The Bluetooth is better than expected, I left my phone in the kitchen and the speaker picked up the Bluetooth in the shower room next door through the thick tiled walls and very clear, which reduces the risk of my phone getting wet.The speaker has got wet many times and it just carries on playing our favourite music, memory card slot is very handy as well, and the sound never distorts when you want it loud.Vey clear with a perfect bass & Treble sound, amazing the quality of sound from such a small speaker and so easy to use.If your looking for a robust quality sound and a great price then this is for you, you wont be disappointed with this purchase :)

I'm not a great hifi buff as my high tones are shot to pieces so I can only comment on value and practicality. I bought this to take on holiday and use in the bathroom (don't want steam getting into a Bose) and I'm delighted with it. It is very simple to use, hooks up to an iPad easily and gives off a great sound if you are looking for something between laptop speakers and floor-standing. It's robust and the battery lasts a long time. I have the confidence to take it anywhere and risk it getting dropped/splashed. It's not Bose quality sound (I can just about tell!) but it's good sound and great value. This is just the speaker if you want something to boost your sound anywhere without worrying about getting it damaged.

I rarely write reviews, but this product is so good I had to. I bought it almost 3 years ago, I have used it in the shower for about 15minutes a week since then. I am not sure, but I think I only charge it twice a year!! The battery life is amazing, I don't remember when I last charged it. I have dropped it in the shower, so it has been totally submerged in water, but no damage. I use it with a microSD card full of music, so it is easy to use. It is more than loud enough for a large bathroom.

Excellent speaker for the money. Great sounding and reasonably easy to use.I've found that connecting multiple devices can be a little tricky however. I ran into problems when another paired device would try to connect nearby. So often turn bluetooth off on other unused and paired devices so the one I'm wanting to use can connect.Another little problem is with the battery connection to the circuit board. I dropped the speaker and thought I broke it. I managed to fix this by removing the grille, one of the two speakers, the one closest to the usb socket. I could the carefully attach the connection from the battery back to the board and reassemble. Given that this speaker is styled as durable one, this connection should really be a locking type plug or similar.

Recently purchased JBL Clip , infinitely better ; No outrageous startup / shutdown / connect / disconnection sounds , Battery lasts 4x as long (literally) & is also ipx7 (fully submergeable in water as long as the seals in place.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------1 WEEK UPDATE---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE 1 WEEK in ; The Bluetooth issues mentioned appear subject to battery , Which makes absolute sense so no issues there, bear in mind this battery lasts for 3-5hrs , so there are variants offering better service.I've dropped a star due to the terrible performance of the Auxiliary connection , Its terrible ; cuts constantly (I've tried x2 of my own cables & the one provided) , takes too long to initiate audio transfer.Overall I'm disappointed with this product . . . .G E T A N A N K E R or something of substantially higher quality---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEWExcellent product ; considering the IP rating of 67 the Audio Quality is very sufficient , Loud , Clear & a good translation of the bass frequencies.May not be suitable for the intrinsic Audiophiles amongst us (That would be the ANKER) but again considering the Waterproofing (of which I have tested directly under a tap) It's very very good.I use it with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 & some minor adjustments with an equaliser prove advantageous (subtract as oppose to adding frequencies in order not to cloud the signal).Obviously the Auxiliary connection should be better than the Wireless in terms of sound quality (Negligible verging on unnoticeable to the average listener) & most of the above is in relation to the Bluetooth pairing.I'd give this 5⭐ but I've a minor gripe with the playback , The AUX connection takes awhile to start & occasionally cuts out & the Bluetooth can sometimes skip with online applications (I've only used YouTube with good 4g / LTE Signal & plenty of the video loaded , The way round such an issue is to reset the device using the reset button in the connectivity chamber , Further use may explain why this happens

An excellent Bluetooth speaker with a great wireless range. I use my phone as an MP3 player and I’ve had my phone in the house and I’ve been up at the far end of the garden and have had no issues. Sound quality is clear and crisp even at loud volumes. Battery life is essential in a device like this and I’ve had my speaker playing constantly for over 12 hours and not had to plug it in. It can even be used to answer incoming calls as it has a built in microphone. And that brings me to my only gripe. The “buttons” on top of the speaker(on/off,play/pause/answer call,back,forward,volume down,volume up) are only slightly raised above the surface and are just rubberised controls and not really buttons. This gripe is strictly a personal choice and should not detract from a potential purchase.
