This product will stop baby or toddler from hurting neck when fallen asleep in the car seat

So we switched from a smaller car seat for my 4 year old, it was a big change as went to using the seat belt. We soon realised that she slumped forward every time she fell asleep in the car. When her brother wasn’t next to her to hold her head up (bless him) she was falling so far forward we were worried the seat belt would not be effective should we crash etc. Most of the time her brother was next to her but he soon became tired of holding her head up which is fair enough. So we looked into how we could prevent this from happening.If you’re in the same position as us as u probably are reading this review I can tell you pretty much every ‘solution’ to this problem you find will have a real mixed bag of reviews. I’ve come to the conclusion the best solution is to buy a car seat that tilts so that your child is leaning back and well gravity keeps them there. But. We all can’t afford to do that so I’ll crack on with the review!So this product is affordable and well made, and it works! But and there is a HUGE but, someone must be with your child sitting next to them. Yes you can tighten it but when your child is awake at the start of your journey it will be covering their face. No 4 year old is going to put up with that. It can slide up and down so that is what my daughter would do. Trouble is if it can slide up it can slide down and that leads to the neck area. My daughter knows when she wants to sleep which is usually 20 mins into a journey and I can’t stop the car to move this head strap....if you can however great, but I don’t think that is practical. So my daughter does successfully use this product and it does do what it states it will but on occasion my son has had to pull it up from going around her neck. So it MUST be supervised use at all times. We are a family of 5 so luckily lots of eyes on her when travelling. I can’t say I’m overjoyed with this item but it has stopped her from slumping forward. In hindsight I’d have bought a better tilting car seat.I hope I’ve helped! Photo of it successfully in use and my daughter beautifully passed out ha.

Didn't really work - kept sliding off

we bought these as our little always fell asleep in car and head always dropped forward so thought these be great to stop that, and i'm sure they would of been great , if only he had fell asleep lol. However we di test it out over his full car seat and they fitted and worked perfectly, and he liked the pattern too

These made quite a difference on a long journey home from our holiday. Our boys were much more comfortable when they fell asleep. Great product, fast delivery too. Thank you!

Very useful, my daughters head doesn’t slip at all once it’s on properly.

Good idea however theu slipped lower than they should and can be a strangulation risk or smothering
