The jar comes packed in sawdust, woodshavings which definitely give it the rustic look. The jar has a big cork stopper and it is packed full of different activities to do. They are typed on colourful paper. What I read was great but I did only look at a few as they are packed in tightly and I didn't want to risk not getting them back in. The whole thing does seem a bit home made and amateurish but to be honest that is largely its appeal.

A: Hi, I do use it in my DBT group, however not all the exercises are suitable for such client group - only talking about a couple of cards though.

A: This was a gift but if I remember correctly the cards were bigger than credit card size - about again as big as. Hope this helps!!

Bought this as a birthday gift for my friend. She loved it since she's interested in meditation / mindfulness. The product is good quality and very cute. The cards inside are nicely arranged and the jar is a good size. Comes in a pretty box too. Overall a nice concept and makes a lovely gift for someone who wants to me more mindful. Would recommend! (Four stars because it is a little pricey for me)
