I started using this product last year. Based on my bench press improvement and the volume of my muscles in my PECS and shoulders I would have to say this product works well at giving a noticeable increase in mass and strength.I went from a plateau of of about 215 lb bench press for 2 reps to about 240 max for one rep over the course of using this product.Keep in mind that a lot of other factors come into play such as eating a higher fat content in my diet and putting in the work consistently. But I feel that this product at very least assisted my improvement on a level that I would have otherwise not achieved.I have experienced no side effects or issues that I can place my finger on, but this too is possibly skewed by many factors such as rest, my activity outside of weight lifting, age and so forth.I believe that this product is a great by for a consistent weight lifter who wants to break through their ceiling without taking dangerous or side effect ridden compounds that cost an arm and a testicle (you know what I'm getting at).You can get beta ecdysterone from spinach, sweet potato and quinoa as well...

Really good product! Works within the first week will feel a good, healthy strength increase

As a man In 60's this seems to be a good addition when I am training hard for 8 weeks prior to natural bodybuilding contests. It hasn't given me back a 380 # bench press, but along with other suppliments, good eating, training and proper sleep it has helped me keep a muscular build. This is 2nd or 3rd purchase.

I’ve been taking ecdysterone for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a difference in my strength and muscle endurance. It’s not a magic pill, but it definitely gives a solid boost, especially when combined with proper training and diet. Recovery feels faster too — less soreness after intense workouts. No side effects for me, which is a big plus. Make sure to stay consistent and give it at least 3–4 weeks. So far, I’m impressed!

Great Product! In the first week I feel my energy levels are through the roof and that my muscles are much fuller. Strength is out of control! I don’t even feel the need to use pre workout. Don’t fall for these other brands, get this one for an amazing value. I tried another ecydestrone supplement which was the same thing that cost an extra $18 more and I found that this product is way better, not in terms of pricing but the value of the supplement. It added strength and energy after just one day, it is good to know it’s a natural herb

I lift 5 to 6 days a week and I add this to my daily regimen. Always feel nice and tight. No sides ever. Will cycle off after 3 months or so just for a quick break then resume. I do this for all supplements. Definitely would recommend.
