I have bought this before from a different seller (who sent what I ordered!). It is brilliant. The sticks really do work. I wasn't sure that they would because of how gunked up the drains were, but they did. I used 2 sticks in each drain and left them overnight. All clear by the next day. I chose these because they are vegan, cruelty free and environmentally friendly. And they work!!

I bought a blue pack and an orange pack at the same time from this supplier.The blue was shipped in a paper bag with another item purchased but the sticks were mostly broken.The orange was shipped in a box with another item purchased and the sticks were all intact.I've not used the orange sticks before so hoping they hold together better, but the blue ones I have used before and halfway through the year deteriorated in the pack and broke so not sure if it's their texture that doesn't hold together well or the delivery packaging on this occasion.However, that being said, the products are good and the fact they are broken doesn't take away their effect so I will continue to buy and use these.I would recommend these.

The first lot of the blue sticks I ordered were arrived in pieces, I received a replacement, however these were also broken not as badly as the first pack. I don't know if there's a production issue. I have put some bits which I think make a whole one in my kitchen drain and they seem to have stopped the odour however I envisage I will need to use more in one go, as they will dissolve quicker.

I bought them because the drain in our shower room can sometimes become a bit wiffy, I clean it out and declog to get rid of the smell, but I thought these might be a good addition. But they are a bit pointless really. Did not have any scent that I could detect. Used them in the shower trap, kitchen sink, en suite bathroom sink - none of them gave of any scent, even where there was no unpleasant odour to get rid of. I decided to wet one and see if I could smell anything close up...nothing. The rest will go in the bin.

I received the product, but all the sticks were broken, I have put the pieces in the drain but so far have not noticed a difference, and there is still a bad odour coming from the drain… I’m assuming the sticks should be whole so they stay in the U shape of the drain pipe… I’m disappointed to be honest and would not recommend these.

They definitely don't last a month, and not much smell
