Took a little while to work out how it worked as there are several combinations depending on what eyelet is being used which is why I gave it 4 stars for "Easy to Use". However, it's worth reading and, possibly, re-reading the leaflet and maybe finding an on-line tutorial for the right combination for your particular eyelet. It is very sturdy, taking very little effort to squeeze closed. Unfortunately it didn't work well with the eyelets I had as these didn't have the tiny splits on the rear of the eyelet in order for it to squeeze completely flat. I took a pair of small metal cutter pliers to them making small splits.
