Excellent, high quality product
Arrived today. Took a little while to work out how it worked as there are several combinations depending on what eyelet is being used which is why I gave it 4 stars for "Easy to Use". However, it's worth reading and, possibly, re-reading the leaflet and maybe finding an on-line tutorial for the right combination for your particular eyelet. It is very sturdy, taking very little effort to squeeze closed. Unfortunately it didn't work well with the eyelets I had as these didn't have the tiny splits on the rear of the eyelet in order for it to squeeze completely flat. I took a pair of small metal cutter pliers to them making small splits. Worked perfectly and didn't need the back washers at all.

Does the job
I fancied one of these for ages and love it. I watched a couple of YouTube videos which were brilliant and helped me to get the hang of it. Eg that there is a tiny knob/button to shut it up which is great for storage. Used it a few times with sucess. It does 2 different size holes. Very happy l bought it even though quite expensive.

Better than anything else on the market!
I was making my own wedding invites, and wanted to use gold eyelets to hold the layers together. Easy I thought, but I was wrong. I bought a cheaper, manual eyelet setter, that came with it's own eyelets and it made me want to cry! The eyelets left a really rough ugly edge, the manual hole punch didn't work etc. I was ready to give up hope, but I thought I'd splurge a little and try this as a last resort. I could always send it back if it was rubbish.. This beauty arrived, and must have been sent by the Gods as it did exactly what I needed effortlessly, and cleanly. An awesome tool which I'm now using for my stationery business. Do not mess around with cheap manual units, if you want a good result, then go for the Crop-A-Dile!
