I have used these supplements for around a month now and have been impressed.I can now have a small amount of lactose when out and about. It makes eating out much easier as often the only things on menus that are lactose free are vegan or dairy free. I still want to be able to eat dairy, but I don’t want the pain and tummy troubles that come after.Taking one of these tablets before a meal containing lactose has been a game changer. I recently went away for a few days so ate out every day, I had no tummy ache or toilet dashes at all apart from after one meal which had cauliflower cheese in. I had a bit of a tummy ache after eating that, but I wasn’t sitting on the loo all night so that’s bonus!These are a life saver for me. I am very careful at home what I eat and I buy a lot of lactose free products, but eating out I’ve found incredibly hard in the past. But not anymore!I’m due to go abroard in a couple of weeks so I shall be taking them with me so I can enjoy my holiday more without worrying that I’ll be in pain or spending hours on the loo!Give them a go, you’ve got nothing to lose!
