Great heel comfort
Comfortable and good value for money. Stays in place and makes my shoes a lot more comfortable pain is nearly gone.

Helped with my foot pain but its not perfect
I got these to help with pronation and general heel pain, and they actually do make a noticeable difference. The cushioning is decent and the angled design helps take some pressure off my joints. That said, they can slide around a bit if your shoes don’t have a snug fit, and they’re a bit bulky for slimmer footwear. Still, for the price and the fact you get two pairs, they’re worth trying—just don’t expect a miracle fix.

Gel heel support
Using in a walking boot and so far has helped reduce the pain in my heel/arch. I had previously bought ankle strappings with gel support, however there was not enough gel to really cushion. These are far better.

Comfy but don't stay in place
Whilst the gel is comfortable these heel pads just do not stay in place. Both pairs I have slide all over the place when I walk so that after say 30 minutes I have to stop, take my shoes off and readjust them. They really are not fit for purpose despite being comfortable when in place!

They work
Don't stick particularly well which is why I give 4*. If you get over that, they actually work. I had a sore heel that after wearing these for a couple of weeks eased & then disappeared. Comfortable & fit well, just hold in place whilst putting on shoes

Fantastic
Bought these to try after weeks of unbelievable pain from planktar facitis I honestly didn't think anything would help but they are fantastic first bit of relief I've gotten in so long! Still have pain but no where near what it was and I'm walking without limping

Cuts pain by about 80%!!
This product is amazing! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I could barely walk! This cut down the pain so much I do not have to hobble about! The pain is still there, but bearable!! Thank you so much for an excellent products!
