Has anyone used successfully to make printed edible fabric with gelatine? Thanks in advance

I have never used for this purpose I only use for edible prints. The paper is so delicate and even the slightest of too much moisture, ruin it as it desolve so easily. I know some one who uses if to make ruffles on their cakes using minimal amount of water/piping gel to hold in place.

Yes you can purchase edible rice paper in different colours on amazon. I have not seen brown rice paper but you can use an edible printer to colour the sheet brown or use edible brown colour dust to colour the sheet.

Could this be used to make fondant labels for cupcake decorations i.e. perfume/makeup bottles

This EPS wafer card is ideal for making stand up cupcake toppers. However you mention fondant labels, it is not fondant (icing) it is double thickness wafer paper.
