best price I could find, only a few dollars more than just getting a single band. Good variety of resistances and good quality bands for the price

Just tried them out for the first time. I like that they seem durable and heavy duty.

I suppose I could have paid big money for one of those screen door closers, nah. These colored rubber bands work fine and dandy if you ask me.

These worked great for at home physical therapy. Being able to work my way up to more resistance has really improved my range of mobility.

Price was better than competitors and quality so far is good. The bag for storage is very convenient too.

Excellent product and service

Overall Band works, I think it needs a little more length or flexibility, I am almost six feet,so it is hard to get it to shoulder length for some exercises or overhead.

My son has been using this product ever since it came, and so far he says that the bands are not only accurately labeled in terms of their resistance levels but also extremely efficient in terms of having equipment for working out. Instead of buying numerous and relatively expensive equipments, like barbells, barbell plates, dumbbells, kettlebells etc., you can buy this set of bands at an extremely low price and still get a great full body workout very similar or even better than the equipment mentioned above.Countless creative exercises and workouts can be done with these resistance bands as my son has demonstrated. He really wanted me to buy this product because he realized that the school he goes to uses very similar equipment that is vital for their sports training and especially rehabilitation exercises. This band set allows for one to gradually and progressively recover from injuries and overall vulnerabilities with certain movements. As many physical therapists and strength and conditioning coaches use bands for their athletes and clients to effectively train them. If you want to be physically fit and strong, this product allows you to effectively progress, as most gym equipment resistance increases by increments of 5 lbs. This is not ideal, however, for those who are either starting off new with their journey or physical fitness or are currently recovering from an injury. As resistance bands also provide a safer yet challenging alternative.This product is exceptionally great considering not only its price being compared to the more common and relatively expensive fitness equipment but also its effective resistance that allows one to get physically strong just as much as conventional equipment. I definitely recommend this product.
