Very pleased with this half cover.Fitment is spot on , the cover seems well made and it is easy to put on and take off.As with any car cover, make sure the paintwork and car cover is free from dirt before putting this on your car to avoid unwanted scratches and scuffs.The anti theft sprips are a good.A large thin strip across the back that closes in the boot lid and also one on each side that closes in the doors.The magnets that are fixed in to the padded fabric are a good addition and strong enough to hold the cover down.I'm not worried that this cover will blow off.It does freeze when the temperature drops so I wouldn't recommend taking it off when its frozen.Underneath the cover dosent freeze though.It is fully waterproof but not breathable so you will need to take the cover off periodically to air the soft top due to condensation build up.It also covers the back where the water would normally run in to the drain holes, that's a good thing as the soft top motor is located there.Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to any Z4 E85 owner.

Great cover for my 04 Z4. Easy to fit and very secure. However, I don't use the tabs that tuck into the doors - the cover is secure without them and they are a bit fiddly to trap in properly.As for water in the boot? I had plenty after the first shower of rain - but it was all my fault and it could happen to you, so beware. What happens is that you trap the rear of the cover in the boot, to secure it. This DOES NOT let the water in. But it will get in if you open the boot wide after it's been raining - the rain on the boot lid then runs off, but cannot run into the gutter, as the cover is covering it. It then runs off the cover,bypassing the gutter and straight into the boot!! So, to stop it getting in, just open the boot slightly, take the cover out so the gutter is exposed, then open the boot fully. Job done!

Great service, nice quality. Just a tad difficult to fit into the doors, need two people really.

Car cover does not seem to hold on, strong winds are able to lift it off the car.Boot end holds well enough, so I haven't lost it yet, but side magnets and mirror velcro seem too weak for the job.

Cover fits well and gives good protection , BUT I've found if used daily the waterproof coating cracks off, when folded, last about 12 months , Im on my second cover in two yrs !!

A must if you infrequently use your car and it's parked outside ! I bought this to protect the roof after an expensive roof motor replacement as this cover stops any water or debris from getting into the well area that the roof motor sits in (if you have had to have yours replaced you'll know that the drain holes are a little inadequate and block up with dust etc over time resulting and a hefty bill to install a new hydromotor !) well made and fits very well. The magnetic strips sewn into the edges are a nice addition removing the need for straps to hold it on ! Comes with well made carry case to store when not using it. If you have a Z4 this is a brilliant accessory to add !!!!!!

Perfect fit for my Z4. I can see one person managed to get their boot contents wet with this but I can only see this happening if you fit it in the dark and manage to trap the hard edge of the cover ( the anti theft strip) in the boot rubber seal. On the Z4 there is a big space between the window and the boot aperture which has raised edges and this designed as a water run off and the anti theft edge of this roof cover should rest in there , trapped when the boot lid is closed.It should be no where near the boot rubber seal.Had a lot of rain with no water in the boot with this cover fitted. Added bonus it is big enough to cover the lower edge of the windscreen rubber to prevent green slime build up or UV fading.
