However, despite having a 2 year warranty the strainer fell apart after 10 months. Thus was originally bought and sold by Amazon but the same item is still available but sold by a 3rd party via Amazon. Therefore Amazon were not willing to replace this but did, after a lot of hastle, agree to a refund. A replacement however now costs over 60% more. So, as they say, buyer beware.
