Are the pens individually wrapped? or at least will the box be wrapped??

The box was well wrapped and secure. The pens are not wrapped up. We were very happy with the service that we received from this business. The only downside is the waiting time for delivery - they do come within the time frame, but it takes about 3 weeks from memory. They are fantastic pens.

Can you use these pens on regular plain paper? Will they bleed through?

Yes you can use them on regular paper unless you load the same spot on the paper with too much pigment. They are water based ink pens completely different to the alcohol markers which would go straight through the paper. The zig pens though are designed for blending with water to make a watercolour effect and therefore are at their best on watercolour papers. But they can be used to colour in like normal felt tip pens. I hope this helps you.
