I am so pleased with this cushion. It's utterly comfortable and though I haven't been in pain when I sit, I haven't been comfortable. What a difference! My posture is better and I can tell that pressure is relieved from my spine. It's beautifully crafted and sturdy as it can be. Incredibly well-made. I would highly recommend this product AND I will consider this company as a trusted source for future products.

I purchased this product a little over a month ago, and while I’ve been using it every day at work I waited to write a review until I put it to the test on a driving road trip. Today was that day, putting on close to 800 miles over the course of 12 hours. Here are my observations.On a desk chair where it’s easy to shift your sitting position, this cushion has relieved about 90-95% of my tailbone discomfort. In my SUV (which has an 8-way adjustable power seat), the relief was only about 80-85%.The biggest issues I have with the current design: there is too much foam toward the leading edge, not enough on the trailing edge (tips of the U), and the foam density could be greater. So while the leading edge is pressing into my hamstrings, the tailbone end is compressed nearly flat to where my tailbone is riding <0.5” above the seat. Perhaps it’s the fact that I’m 6’1” and 225 lbs, but I think the thickness, distribution and density of the memory foam used is not the greatest in a car for someone my size. Unfortunately when I ordered it, I didn’t see an option for cushions based on weight; this would be my biggest product improvement suggestion.

I took a 5 1/2 hour flight from NYC to San Francisco and my butt and legs aren’t numb!!! I usually go numb around 2 hours and this time I lasted the whole flight without getting numb!! I will be recommending to my friends who travel a lot!

With my back problems I have, and working as a nurse, what little time I get to sit, this helps relieve pressure off my tailbone and keeps my back and legs from hurting so much. Definitely has made a difference.

Customers buying this pillow for coccyx Injury and planning to use at home, in office, or in car will likely be satisfied with the pillow’s features.I bought it for travel, but i think it will be too heavy and large to take on my trip abroad. Also, at nearly 18 inches wide, the pad might not fit in an airplane seat. Most of Delta’s seats, for example, are 17.2 inches.One more thing that’s more of a me problem and didn’t affect my rating: I was hoping to use this pad to ease upper hamstring injury. The location of the pillow’s cut-out only really works to take pressure off the coccyx, and may not ease the pressure enough in other areas.

Bought this when my back went out in the gym again recently and just sitting was painful. This helps, especially on the softer chairs since it provides firm support.

I have been diagnosed with Arthritis in my hips and I have had trouble driving for more than 15 minutes before i would get a sharp pain on either side. I purchased a couple of different cushions for my two cars.After receiving the Sleepavo seat cushion I tried it in my car and I was almost immediately pain free for the first time in close to three months. I got back home and returned one different cushion and cancelled the other and then ordered a second Sleepavo seat cushion. THANK YOU MIKE!!!

Lo pedí porque sufro mucho de la espalda y trabajo sentada todo el tiempo. Apenas lo he usado un par de días y ya noto la diferencia. Es muy cómodo.

Es muy cómodo, fácil de llevar. No se ha deformado, y lo uso muchísimo. Funciona maravillosamente. Y trae instrucciones tanto para su uso como para sus cuidados. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Por motivos de trabajo estuve sentado por largas jornadas, me ocasionó un gran dolor. Al adquirir el cojin y usarlo el dolor disminuyó y a los pocos días ya no lo tenía. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
