Do they work well with Doona?

They fasten with very strong velcro, real good quality, my daughter uses hers on a venicci tinsmith so I think they would work well on most brands.

Is it possible to have one replaced as the alloy sprung clip on the carabiner has come off and I bought it recently and it has not been used very much

I would query with amazon customers service. They are usually very helpful.

Would these fit the arm of a wheelchair?

Yes the mounting velcros are adjustable, they fit comfortably on my wheelchair.

Will these clips fit a silvercross surf pushchair?

Definitely. They are adjustable straps so would have thought could be made to fit any handle bar. But I've got them on silver cross pioneer.
