5L Litre Manual Pressure Sprayer Bottle Shed Patio Wood Decking Fence Treatment

Either I was sent a dud or its a joke to call this a fence spray bottle, the head lacks any kind of adjustment only jet or dribble dependant on pressure. I used a paint especially designed for spray bottles which I further watered down (but not much). It took forever to start spraying and only after some rather violent shaking (and yes i had pumped it to the required pressure)! I had brought this spray bottle in the hopes there won't be any mess on the ground, but no, FAR worse than painting by brush. After three panels I was so disgusted at the mess I resorted to B&Q, buying one from there which worked perfect and was adjustable from the start!. The best way of using this bottle is apply the paint together with a brush otherwise you'll take four times more paint to cover the same area when using a more expensive spray bottle as I just found out. (26 08 2018) you can use it for general weed killing or watering but not spray painting. there was no spray nozzle kit

Better than I thought it would be. Cheap and cheerful. Used it to spray sheds with Ronseal Fence Life Plus. Spray not too adjustable so best to spray liquid on an finish off with a brush. Saves hours of work dipping brush in and out of tin, did sheds in no time. Three sheds look like new. Saves waste as you do not get so much dripping off brushes. Not sure what it would be like with anything thicker like gloss paint. Easy to clean the Ronseal as water based. Glad I bought it.

INNACCURATE CLAIM IN SELLING INFORMATION... BEWARE!Only suitable for thin liquids, NOT SHED PRESERVATIVE PAINTS.It will cost me £5 now to fill it with White Spirit in order thato clean/unblock.This sprayer is definitely no different from any other garden sprayer on the market today.Ah, correction, for it's small size it is NOT cheap!

i used it with cuprinol which is thin anyway but it was brilliant as long as you clean it out after use it will be fine i did a 10x 6 shed over 2 days no problem

absolutely brilliant for the price point, it even comes with a spare seal and spray nozzle kit. I sprayed watered down cuprinol with this and it did my entire fences and sheds with no problems at all.

Really poor performance. Followed instructions provided, and those on the tin of stain I wanted to use. It basically exploded and not only ruined what had already been done, but made painting the rest by hand even more difficult. The product itself appears fairly robust, so might be of use for different applications, but certainly not fence staining!

I bought it to spray separate wooden timber fence , not fence panels. So there was some useage problems. I soon reverted back to the tried and trusted way of the fence paint brush. However, although I found the paint brush method very good, if I did have the ordinary fence panels then I suppose this product would have its usefulness.
