My regular brand (Revolution Tea - Mesh Infuser Full Leaf Tea - Pear White Tea) apparently was discontinued, so I went in search of another brand. After some trial and error, I came across Mighty Leaf - White Tea White Orchard tea. Not only was the price GRESAT, but the flavor was very clean and did not hang on the pallet long. I did not like the lighter color, so after some experimentation, I found two of Mighty Leaf bags in a half-gallon carafe plus one Lipton Cold Brew bag for 3 minutes was perfect.. More than three min was a bit stewed. Here is the carafe I found on Amazon that works wonderfully for iced tea: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B9MCP84W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 I heat the water in a hot water kettle and pour over the three bags until ΒΎ full. After the three-minute steep time, I then add ice to the top.
