Bought it for my daughter who is not confident with the iron for her work clothes. The steamer is a great alternative to ironing. Its so easy to use as you can put the garment on the hanget and do the steaming to remove all the creases. It takes only a couple of minutes and the garment looks great. It quick and efficient. Just fill the tank with water, heat it for about a minute and then use. My daughter is well pleased and loves using it as its so easy and quick. Well worth the price. This is better as the tank has good capacity and does not have to be carried while steaming. You are just holding the steam wand in the hand which is very light.

I do not recommend this fabric steamer. It is awkward to use, flimsy and unstable. Virtually impossible to use the hanger on the pole, it is not fit for purpose. The hose is very inflexible and the entire unit topples over spilling water everywhere. Water just leaks out of the bottom, leaving puddles on the floor. The most bizarre thing about this steamer is that the water collects in the unit after use and it needs to be emptied through the opening positioned at the bottom of the unit. In order to do that, one has to pick up the entire thing and unscrew the screw-cap at the bottom to let the water out - imagine having to do that to a relatively heavy appliance whilst negotiating the pole with a hanger on top. To add insult to injury, the steaming quality is poor as the thing releases steam unevenly (at least my machine does). You cannot pause the flow of steam unless you switch the unit off. Awkward to use and a waste of money - more trouble than it is worth.

Easy to use. Good Value

The base is weighty when filled with water but the attachments like the garment hanger are very cheap and fall off often. I’ve had my steamer 18 months and the steam piping which comes out of the base has broken. Also the switch has dropped off so I have to plug it in to put on or take the plug out to switch off the steamer. The heat resistant glove is so big it useless to use. I think it’s not a good investment at all

Easy to use and portable

Only bought it in may and it’s stopped working today. Xmas Eve. Would not recommend.

It is very cheap material the water is leaking from the steamer the bundle plastic bundle is not closing properly the pages are not holding the pants and the hanger is moved all the time around it is not worth to invest in this machine there is better o had better for same price
