I am on my second tub of these. This isn't necessarily an indicator that they are effective however as an aid to keeping the weight off and increasing metabolism they seem worth a punt. I trust USN explicitly as all of my training supplement needs are met by them. I take one tablet a day in the morning with breakfast. Tablets are quite large.

I have been having problems loosing weight and found this product and a healthy diets/ exercise has worked wonders I have lost 1stone 7 lbs in six weeks. I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling to loose weight.

the product seems ok, but it is not as it is shown on the photo as seen in the product discription.If I check out the offical website from USN they have a seal around the top. Is this the "real" product which is sold here ? I presume it is.Thanks for your feedback

I am always skeptic as I’m sure most are when it comes to buying supplements - totally honest review , I’m a 30 year old male - been taking these a month now along with a good diet and exercise , I’ve found these have definitely help my waist become slimmer , I’m less “ bloaty “ 100% recommend and believe these have helped me loose some of my weight - takes time so keep at it !

Product came within estimated delivery time frame and was well packaged. The CLA are easy to swallow gel capsules and are for the purpose of helping to lose body fat whilst maintaining lean muscle mass. I've been using CLA for approximately 3 months and despite gaining a stone (14lbs) due to weight-training and recovery from a previous eating disorder, my body has not become 'flabby' and is still lean and toned. Therefore, for me, this product has helped me maintain a good body fat percentage whilst helping me increase muscle mass in conjuction with a weight-training programme and a healthy diet. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in increasing muscle mass and keeping body fat levels down. Remember though, that this will only help if you eat clean and stick to an exercise programme. It is not a miracle pill but if used correctly, can give good results.

I've been using these for a couple of months now - with taking these and making sure I exercise I have lost a stone in weight. I'm not large by any means but I wanted to loose the weight whilst working out at the gym and tone and these in my opinion have helped towards that

Not seen any difference from using this product so don't bother.
