Yankee CandleScented Candle, Sparkling Cinnamon Large Jar Candle, Long Burning Candles: up to 150 Hours, Perfect Christmas Gifts for Women

It’s not Christmas without a cinnamon Yankee Candle. Was nervous about ordering a glass jar on Amazon but it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The large size of the candle meant it lasted from mid-December until early January with being lit for multiple hours each day. The smell was nice and strong at the start but after a week or so it wasn’t as strong. Candle had a good wick and burned mostly clean all the way down without too much wax being wasted stuck in the side of the jar. Will definitely be ordering this again every Christmas!!

Always such great, long lasting fragrances. We are interested to see if this candle "Tunnels". It never used to be an issue, but is nowadays on all Yankee Large candles. And, yes, we've tried everything to solve the issue, to no avail.

The lovely orange smells

The cinnamon-scented candle has been a really, really good purchase! First of all, I have been using it since the beginning of December and just about to repurchase - great burning time!The scent is warming and sweet while remaining actually strong. At the same time, the aroma is also well-balanced and even addictive. It gives my living room a certain coziness which my partner appreciates in the evening (in fact, it is perfect for the evening - please just remember to blow it out before blissfully passing out!). Dare I say though - if you have a larger open space (bigger than my living room, the size of which is probably about 16x25ft), this still may be a suitable choice for you.One obviously would not expect anything less from a Yankee candle, but the cinnamon stick candle has certainly become one of my absolute favourites! Perfect price and perfect value for money.

Nice aroma and reminds me of Autumn trips to shops in the US. Lasts long as stated, but it is ESSENTIAL that when first light a Yankee candle, that you allow sufficient time to melt the entire 5-10mm of the top of the wax before blowing it out! This usually takes 2-4 hours so light it well before going to bed, and don't blow out until the top is melted.Why? Because if you don't, when you next light it you will begin the 'tunnelling' effect where it only burns the centre part of the candle, leaving a significant wasted amount all around the centre that does not burn/melt, meaning you waste a significant amount of wax and will dramatically shorten the lifespan of the candle. It does mention this in the leaflet, but from my experience hardly anybody reads that because it's just a candle right? Also ensure you place the top back to preserve the aroma until you next light it.Got it for a good price and would definitely buy again. Rated 4 out of 5 as I feel the aroma could be a little stronger.

The new Yankee Candle range is not good. The two wick tumblers are like Molotov cocktails and get far too hot too quickly and the soy wax blend doesn't give you enough throw of the scent. This is strong and very much the scent of Christmas. We love it. Bring back the old Housewarmer jars Yankee Candle!

Can’t go wrong with a Yankee candle. This arrived today and I know it will make my home smell like Christmas and beyond. Fantastic!

These stink a bit nasty and strong when taken out of the box but upon lighting they give rooms a lovely smell when you walk into them.The only problem is if you blow them out you need a long gas hob lighter to relight them as the wick is too far down and long matches would burn your hand.

Some of Yankee Candles are stronger than others...this ine is nice for the summer.. the large jar lasts for about a month if you only light it at night
