very good, the best magnesium bath flakes i have ever come across. it reccomends the full bag per bath, wich is about right; i just wish it was not quite as expensive as it is.

I bought these as a gift, so hopefully they are good. I like natural remedies & products without chemicals in them.

I’ve really enjoyed using these Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes. They dissolve quickly and leave the bath feeling silky without any strong fragrance. I made sure I ordered as pure a form as possible because I also drink it to purify the cells of my body. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! I also use this for my foot baths and it leaves my feet all soft and reenergized. I am just about to reorder a pack actually!
