Great sturdy sustain pedal. It's transformed my playing. Highly recommended.

I got this for my keyboard, and it’s been great so far. It has a nice weight to it, doesn’t slide around on the floor, which is exactly what I was looking for. It works perfectly with my keyboard, and the polarity switch is a great feature, making it compatible with most brands. The build quality feels solid, and the pedal has a good amount of resistance, making it comfortable to use.

It's ironic that I've been asked to rate this for 'sturdiness' and 'durability'. Overall this is a good pedal. Unfortunately there's a Single Point of Failure (SPoF) built in. The lead that's supplied is permanently attached to the pedal. Damage the lead and you're either going to be throwing this away or paying someone to disassemble it and solder in a new one. Gigging musicians may be better off buying something without the 'included lead' and with a TS socket instead. Swapping out a lead can be done instantly and a damaged cable therefore unlikely to impede a keyboard player’s virtuosity for or during a gig. For home use this suits me fine, the pedal itself is robustly constructed, the springing nicely weighted and the base has good grip. Though I'd still have preferred a TS socket and supplied my own lead for a precise fit.

For its price is good,its an on off Sustain Pedal with no half step something i taught i did not need or know about untill later on,i should of payed more money for one with halfstep but this one will do for now,It has not worked good with fl studio and kontakt as one press down adds Sustain and you have to repress it again to undo Sustain,i found its a fl studio errors and will need to look into it more as it works ok in kontakt standalone and in other DAWS. I also got a M-Audio EX-P - Expression Pedal and will use the two pedals with kontakt and my nektar p6, If i was to get one pedal i would go with the M-Audio EX-P - Expression Pedal as it can also be used as a on off Sustain Pedal just like this one but it comes with 0 to 127 velocity that can be changed as you like, If i could start again i would get one Sustain Pedal with halfstep and the Expression Pedal .

I recently purchased a Yamaha P-145B. It came with a sustain pedal that was too lightweight to be of much use. I had a Roland pedal used with a previous keyboard but it would not work with the Yamaha. The M-Audio sustain pedal is better than the Roland pedal. It has a very solid construction and provides a very firm grip to my laminate flooring.

Ordentliches Pedal mit vollwertigem Mikroschalter, gutem Stand mit rutschfester Gummisohle. Nur das billige Kabel ist Störrisch und liegt nicht gut. Das zickige Kabel wurde durch ein gutes, dünnes Studio-Mikrofonkabel und passendem Neutrik Klinkenstecker ausgetauscht. Gut: Das Pedal lässt sich problemlos auseinander bauen und einfach modifizieren. Auch die Zugentlastung kann man vom original Kabel abtüddeln und weiter nutzen. Mechanisch sehe ich keinen Anlass zur Kritik. Nach dem Umbau ist es ein günstiges und gutes Pedal. Die Federkraft ist relativ hoch, Geräusche macht es keine und der Plastikschutz hält gut auf dem Chrom-Pedal.

Estoy muy satisfecho con el M-Audio SP-2. Tiene un tacto muy parecido al de un piano real, lo que hace que tocar sea mucho más natural y cómodo. Funciona perfectamente con mi teclado y la respuesta es rápida y precisa, sin retrasos. El pedal es resistente y estable, no se mueve mientras lo uso, y el cable es suficientemente largo para colocarlo cómodamente. Además, su diseño simple y clásico encaja bien con cualquier setup de teclado o piano digital. En general, un accesorio práctico, confiable y de excelente calidad. Ideal para estudiantes, músicos en casa o en el estudio. ¡Muy recomendable!

Wykonany perfekcyjnie i spełnia swoją funkcję. Wygląda też przyjemnie. Proponuję pewne dodatkowe rozwiązanie dla użytkownika. Ponieważ urządzenie mimo odpowiednich zabezpieczeń ślizga się po podłodze w trakcie gry, proponują przymocować go opaskami zaciskowymi do tektury o większej powierzchni pokrytej gumową tkaniną antypoślizgową. Zrobiłem tak i pedał już nie przesuwa się pod stopą.
