Value for money, light weight, good grip
I am 23 years old, I never did skipping in my entire life, after practicing from this rope, I've learned skipping within a week I've learned to do skipping now I can do 50 skipping continuously, but I removed the spring which may hurt your feet, thank you for this amazing product

Cheap ok for beginners but not meant for speed jumps
Not suitable for speed jump, low weight cable thats the reason for metal ring to get momentum. For beginners its ok pricewise.
