Really made a uncomfortable pair of boots wearable again

I spend all day on my feet at work and these soles have kept my feet fresher and comfortable. They can be a little tricky to trim to the right size and shape of your shoes. I have mine in my trainers size 5.. My legs still ache at the end of the day but not as much. Would recommend.

These are really good. Easy to fit and great at supporting any foot issues you’re struggling with.

Good for casual users but not ideal for high-impact activities like badminton or basketball.

It was really difficult choosing in-soles because most of these have really mixed reviews.Pros: easy to trim, seems soft enough, seems decently good quality. it did help my feet (a pair of shoes used to hurt my arches and heels but after using these in soles i would walk without hurting)Not sure about durability as i've only been using them for two weeks but they seem fine for now.As some of the other comments pointed out, these in-soles don't have the best grip and may roll up. However i'm using them for my trainers and so far haven't had an issue with the in-soles rolling.
