Specifically chose this item because of the type of metal fastenings it uses - some similar products seem to be using clips which are more akin to a soft paperclip. This case, in comparison, uses clips of good sturdy metal - you actually have to fight (a bit) to get each key on its respective hoop. My last case had much weaker clips like weak paperclips which frequently seemed to come undone, and to-date 4 out of a total of 6 of them have completely snapped off.This case is so much better. The case comes in a well designed box, and is individually wrapped up inside this, so very unlikely to get damaged in transit. There is also a small draw string bag/pouch thing included, which is a bit overkill but is probably an attempt to raise the brand's profile. Could make a nice addition to put the case in if you're buying for someone else, but otherwise it's superfluous to requirements.Would I recommend this to someone else? Definitely. It's made of thick, well treated leather (note it's not the soft kind), and has good detailed stitching all the way around the edges. The two press stud connections are stiff/firm, but not excessively so, and do up easily. I particularly like the extra detailing on the outside of each stud, almost like a celtic style pattern.I don't doubt that as with all leather products this will wear in over time, but my first impressions on this case are all very good. Yes it is a bit more expensive that some of the other options available but in my opinion is worth the extra few pounds for a better made product that I think will have a longer serviceable life.

Very sturdy clips inside the case for a number of keys and solidly constructed. We were impressed with it.

I purchased this for my husband. Looked good and lasted well for a few months until the little key holders wore and no longer would hold the keys. He had to purchase another wallet and bin this one.

This product has just arrived (so not tested over time) but the key wallet is excellent quality. Thick, sturdy leather (not flexible if that's what you want, but certainly strong), well stitched with strong clasps and good, strong loops. I have it holding six mixed keys, some larger, with coloured rubber fobs on them (which makes them quite thick and bulky) and the wallet closes on them fine. With the thick leather and sturdy poppers it is a little thick when closed, some people may find it a squeeze in jeans pockets, but in a jacket or trouser pocket it's fine. A small price to pay for the sturdiness of the product, and the leather is very smooth so it will slide in and out of pockets easily. There is room for a few credit/debit/business cards as well in snug pockets.My son (and business partner) took one look and immediately asked me to order him one too. It just looks and feels great. Can't see it falling apart even after years of use, but will report back if it does.Highly recommended

It is very sturdy and keeping its shape so far.

I have used this for a couple of months when one of the fasteners fell apart. Leather is thick and very stiff and bulky. Not a long lasting item, I will have to look elsewhere.Update: one month later and other fastener fell to bits. Straight to bin, WASTE OF MONEY

Lovely leather, sturdy. Quality real and finish.

Very thick, solid leather. This makes it robust but when full of keys it is quite bulky and the two poppers can dig into you if in a trouser pocket and the wrong way round. There is a useful pocket on one flap.Only just long enough for standard brass mortice lock keys.The loops that hold each key have a tendency to move relative to their mounting which can make it awkward to use the key when in the case. The constriction needs to be nipped in a little more to prevent this (which I did with round nosed pliers).I think this will last and last but not slimline.
