I've been buying a lot of Frixion pens for my kids to use at school. Without really thinking about it, I've been buying replacement pens when their old ones run out. However, in a moment of enlightenment, I decided to try these instead. I honestly don't know why I didn't think of it sooner. These are much better value than buying new pens and are extremely easy to use - just unscrew the pen, take the old one out and put a new one in! Job done!

Fabulous pens, erasable, very useful to get the refills as the eraser is still good when the pen runs out, and you can use several refills per pen. Kids school work is much neater. Arrived very fast - next day. Good supplier.

The refills are OK but tend to run out quite quickly. I used to use an inferior brand but that ink was too light and not dark enough to be legible. No such issues with this. The ink flows well and it's legible. Great for kids schoolwork as you can make amendments

Excellent item, my son won't use any other pen for school. Therefore being able to save money by purchasing these refills to use with the original pen vessels. They write like a proper pen yet can be completely erased like a proper pencil! Absolutely fantastic piece of (school) kit.

I've been using the frixion pens and refills for more than a year now. Being a full time student, I use a lot of ink. I love these pens and I can't talk about the refills without the context of the pens.What I like:The roller balls is thinner than a standard ball point pen and makes for a neater end result. Writing text flows more easily and can be tighter (smaller) which is ideal for engineering text. The ink also erases easily enough and leaves no trace of the ink. I have erased ink months after first writing and it was just as easy as fresh ink.What I dislike:When something is erased, on certain types of common paper, if you write over the area which was erased, there is a risk that the text will self erase after some time. I had taken notes had erased in a number of areas. A few weeks later, the text I had scribed over the erased area had disappeared, causing me to lose important notes.When drawing diagrams, or long straight lines, I find when coming to the last centimetre and I slow the scribe, the quantity of ink leaving the chamber increases and causes a small flood at the end of the line. If not careful, this can be smudged when placing the ruler over the newly formed line.The cost is just a bit higher than I would like. The ink for one reason or another, doesn't last as long as other refill pens I have used and this makes them that bit more expensive than other refills.The pens themselves are not the best quality and the lids especially are prone to cracking. A reasonably priced, better quality pen would be great.Overall, I am happy with these pens and I use Black, Blue, Red and Green. These are also the colours used by teachers and lecturers on their white-boards, so makes it even more convenient when taking notes.

I bought the pens and refills for my son. He uses the pens and refills all the time. These are MUCH cheaper than the same pens in our local shops. A brilliant find.

These arrived earlier than expected and were very well packaged. I use them for crossword puzzles. It makes you look clever for using a pen to do crosswords and yet you can erase any mistakes

I have been using these erasable refills for a few years now. My job requires a lot of "on the hoof" note-taking and these are great. I can rub out and rewrite as I go leaving no trace save the indentation of the pen on paper. My colleagues think they are great and they even make my illegible scribblings quite nice.

There are two things I really, really like about the Pilot Frixion Erasable Pens. One is that the ink rolls out smoothly and does not clog and leave globs on the paper. The second is that refills are available, so you don't have to trash the whole pen when it runs out of ink.
