Replacement Grips for All Charter Arms Classic Super Checkered Rosewood

Fits perfect, easy to install- one screw that comes with it, no durability problems and looks good. I expect the screw of any grip to loosen after a bit so I often add little loctite but I didn’t this time and it hasn’t loosened at all after 250 rounds of .38sp. 135gr.

Fits my Charter Arms 44Bulldog like they were made for it - LOL bit tight getting them on (as it should be) but is a nice upgrade from the original plastic grips.These are a tad bit thicker which helps to fill my large hands better.They look real nice too but too bad, carrying concealed means no one will ever see them.UPDATE:SO, after having these for several months, I have found that they are really slick - meaning, if you have dry hands, they are slicky in the way that they are difficult to hold onto.Still nice but so smooth as to be hard to hang onto.

Good fitment, not as finely finished and polished as say an Altamont set would be, but it was 1/2 the price so no complaints on a $400 revolver.

In theory these fit, in practice you will have to spend some time with files and sandpaper to make them fit.

Just installed the new grips on a new Charter Arms Pitbull. Perfect fit and finish. The Rosewood is a great looking compliment to my new revolver.

Almost perfect grips. They are about 1/16 from the upper inner squared area of the grip setting exactly in the frame as they should (one side has a little more gap than the other). Tightening the screw down very tight (per the instructions) helped to keep them from moving, but that extra 1/16th matters to the fit, and the grips can still slide back and forth under pressure. I can't figure a good way to shim them for a perfect fit that might not later interfere with the function of the gun. Overall external fit was just about perfect, they look great, and feel great. It would have been five stars if they had fit, or even been slightly oversized so that I could have fit them myself. Still a great looking and feeling set of grips. Edited to add: During range sessions ad reloading the grips simply won't stay locked in to the frame. Movement has become such a problem that I am going to have to replace them. Rating reduced.

These are definitely an upgrade to the stock grips which have little to no grip. They also look amazing and feel good in the hand. You just have to make sure when screwing them in you do it from the right side, otherwise it won't stay in place and your grips will flop right off.

Very nice wood grips. Feels better than stock rubber grip. Only issue was that it was slightly off in fitment. Quick fix though...
