This is the best thing I’ve ever bought my kids. It’s primarily for my daughter to practice gymnastics, but my kids use it for fun and to get energy out. As an anxious person, it means a lot when I said I wasn’t nervous at all about durability. My daughter spiderwoman-ed halfway up the door even. It helps get extra energy out and they have fun for a while. My daughter practices backbends, handstands, and arm/core strength with this.

I noticed that I’ve stiffened up after some trauma & inactivity. I want to be more flexible after starting the process of pursuing my dreams of getting into aerial fitness & routines. I basically just need to develop more of a routine. It’s sturdy & great, it’s just more of a me situation at this point lol.

This is really good for stretching but inversions or hanging may be out of the question I first used a normal bedroom door and saw how wobbly it was so I placed it on my entry door. And when I tried to hang in it, it actually pulled the metal off the door frame. May have been because I put the ends to close to each other. Once I moved them further apart the pulling seemed to stop. Great for the price though if your pretty bendy like me and need some extra help.

Helps my back when it needs to rest from the stress of working.

I am trying to increase my flexibility and this has been pretty nice. I haven't used it consistently enough or long enough to speak to the results My two daughters love to play in it as well and use it more as a swing. The only complaint I have is that the fabric can bundle up putting pressure in a smaller surface area across my back instead of spreading it out. If anyone has tips on how to fix that, that would be great! Really though, I am quite pleased with this product.

Insert is of a child under 12..... I even had my 11 year old try to use it. Cheap material gathered up so thin that he couldn't even stretch as pictured. So sick of trips to return packages because of inaccurate and.

I like the product but you have to make sure to lock the door and close it all the way.

Even though it is a bit hard for me to use as I am not that athletic and weigh 180Lb I love how fun it is to use. It is a permanent fixture in my home gym, but I can pack it up and take it with me when I travel, making it the perfect addition to a busy and compact lifestyle.Hanging upside down like a bat is one of my absolute favourite things to do, along with a full-range sit-up. Absolutely in love with it.

Was afraid the whe thing might send me crashing g if the hooks straightened out. We also have typical apt doors not solid wood.Could be great with a metal or heavy door.

I received it promptly. I don’t expect it to be satiny material .. I’m not sure how durable or safe it will be to put much weight on it … it came without any paperwork so the straps have numbers on them but I have no idea what they mean. Are they for exercises or installation? I expected it to come with some info on exercises or stretches to do. Without instructions injuries can happen.Disappointed … will probably return it.Overall I’m left with a product
