No but you can use your Venom Universal 3DS Power Supply if you have one. It charges all the DS's including the new 3DS XL. It tells you on the box but if you don't have one it's worth ordering this charger. I have one and it's great no messing around looking for chargers it comes in a split so you can charge your DSI and your 3DS at the same time. Hope I've helped.

Does it come with a memory card?

Yes, it comes with a 4gb micro SD memory card pre-installed in the slot; it will "officially" accept a card of up to 32gb, which is what I have replaced it with. If you don't plan to buy any digitally downloaded games, 4gb is probably ok to start with, but some digital games can be large - for instance the new Xenoblade game due in April is 3.6gb by itself. You can always upgrade to a larger card later by copying the contents of the currently used card to a PC and then transferring those files to a new larger card and then inserting the new card into the 3DS.

Is there many games out for 'new nintendo 3ds'?

The new nintendo 3ds can play all 3ds and ds games.There is currently only one game that can only be played on new 3ds and not on a 3ds (xenoblade chronicles)There are several games that take advantage of the extra buttons and control nub of the new 3ds (e.g monster hunter 4, zelda majoras mask), but these games can all still be played on a 3ds

I know this doesn't come with an AC charging lead, but does it come with a USB cable (that I could then plug into an appropriate AC adapter)?

No it doesn't come with usb cable, I was surprised too but does work with the old Nintendo charger
