Without I get infected over and over. Been using for years ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They keep me from getting my chronic ear infections and vertigo *by K***A on 26 September 2017* I have chronic ear trouble with pressure and infections, and my son has trouble sometimes as well. We use these drops on him if he swims a couple days in a row. I use them on myself after every swim, bath, or shower. They have really helped my infections - I haven't had vertigo since I've been using them. So I think they help dry up the water and keep it from sitting in my ears and causing issues. They are like 95% alcohol, and I read that you can make your own with alcohol and vinegar, but who wants to smell like an easter egg?
