SoBuy Kitchen Island on Wheels with Rubberwood & Extendable Worktop

An excellent mobile island unit which looks lovely. Arrived early which is always a bonus. It was easy to assemble but would be rather difficult for just one person. It took much longer to build than stated, but hey, it was worth it.

This is an absolutely brilliant island trolley, comes flat pack but all parts are good quality, we love it! I didn't put the side bits on as I had limited space to fit it in but I was happy with that it holds my excess kitchen items perfectly, very happy with it.

Love the design, good delivery time. Two boxes a day apart tho. All pieces were there, and the assembly instruction were very easy to follow. However there is a half inch gap between the cupboard doors. Tried readjusting hinges but it just left a gap at the sides. Contacted supplier, very pleasant to deal with. They offered to send a whole new package to take what I needed and they would arrange a return. The doors are quoted as the same dimensions so I think it's a design fault. The doors are also a little on the flimsy side, but ok. The unit itself is so useful though, and otherwise very sturdy and stylish. I love it - I'll get created to solve the gap in the door.

This was not an easy build and you definitely need 2 people to do it properly. But all the effort is worth it as you get a really amazing, sturdy cabinet for your kitchen with lots of storage. I also want to add that the customer service is a 20/10! We had an issue with one of the panels and they were very kind to send me out a replacement and I am very grateful for that, thank you Joan for all your help :)

Wanted a centre island to go with new kitch but didn't want it permanently fixed so decided to give this one a try, I'm a joiner by trade so didn't find this to difficult to build about an hour, every panel has a small sticker on it with a number that relates to instructions, spend 10 minutes emptying both boxes and sorting the parts into piles, it's makes it alot easier, I also glued everything.Very happy with the results I think it's goes great in my new kitchen , adds more storage and a nice place to eat, ordered to tall bar stools to compliment this unit.

looks good and is relatively simple to build. But the whole unit when the lift-up panel is extended makes the unit want to tip. Once items are loaded into the cupboard, this becomes less likely. The other issue is that there is a decorative groove that is 2 mm wide and collects dirt and is very difficult to clean out as it is so thin. Aesthetically it is very good looking unit and many persons have admired it.

This takes a bit of time to put together but it's worth the time. I left the small shelf and pole off either side so that it fitted more snugly in my kitchen but I really like it.Only criticism I have is the doors refuse to stay aligned and there is a gap between them now but it still looks OK.

Big enough to store lots of kitchen stuff, the flip-up extension turns it into a breakfast bar, the hidden wheels make it easy to move around. The only problem is the groove around the work surface. I assume it was meant to be decorative, but it is a royal pain to clean. I am considering using a darkish toned wood filler to smooth the surface. I know I won't be able to match the colour of the worktop, so I'll use the dark colour as an accent.Update, May 2019: Used lightest-tone wood filler in the annoying groove - looks good, and is now a breeze to wipe clean. Removed the useless knife block/spice shelf/towel bar from the end, replaced with three metal spice shelves. Much more useful, and doesn't stick out as far the original bit.All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.
