best gel I have used did the job as I have tried many other branded names and did not do the job. this works but you have to do this on a regular basis like a few times a month but at least the problem does go away.

You do need to follow the instructions i.e. 3 times daily for around 5 days. I also use it at lest 2-3 times a week as a maintenance. Keeps me comfortable and I suspect prevents UTI's and other issues.

Recommend by a friend for female irritation. Delivery was good.

Does NOT work for BV! I’ve been through three tubes of this stuff. Stupid waste of money and time. The way I got rid of BV was cider vinegar diluted with water, 50/50 and soaked a tampon. Left in place for 30 -45 minutes twice a day. BV cleared up in 24 hours! I kid you not. Sisters, if you have BV try the vinegar first before you spend any money. I could have saved myself a hell of a lot of stress and money if I’d known about the vinegar at the first sign of nasty BV
