Can i store 95% ethanol in thwse in order to send it?

I think they will be OK i store spirit base liquids and some petrol for my mowers they seam OK

There is no simple answer on this. If the liquid expands a lot when transferred to solid when being frozen, then the container may break. If shrink a lot, also may break. Also it depends on the temperature of your freezer. In brief, it is not designed to be used in a freezer. If the volume change from liquid to solid is too much, the freeze temperature is too low, there is a big risk.

I assume you mean the weight of a full container. If full of water, the weight would be 5 kilos since 1 litre of water weighs 1 kilo. 5 kilos equates to 11 pounds. If the container is full of a different liquid, the weight would depend on the specific gravity of that liquid.
