BUBBLE RAY GUN (TOY)

I originally gave a good review, but quickly realized the problems with this toy. For £3 you can't complain, or I thought.First of all, it leaks externally and internally. It's not made properly to stop the solution leaking into the wires and batteries. There is basically nothing separating the electrics from where the liquid can leal, it's all just hollow inside.Which brings me to my next point, the gun I received was NOT the same that was advertised. They look extremely similar, but if you actually look properly there are differences in the design of the gun. It wasn't even in the same packaging as advertised. The packaging I received wasn't intact or sealed properly.

This is the 4th bubble gun I bought. Whilst the others did not work or work less well, this gun is fantastic at making bubbles! The gun emitted lots of bubbles and my 3year old had a field time in the garden playing with it. My child can easily operate this himself with his small fingers and was quite delighted. For it's price, this is a fantastic bubble gun to have. On the down side, it does emit a sound, which after a while can be quite annoying as it is quite loud. This bubble gun uses up a lot of bubble solution within just 10minutes of use...so be prepared to have in stock a lot of bubble solution to keep the fun going.

Plus side: Arrived on time and well packaged. Lights up well!Negative: bottom of handle contains very small screw to remove (Fiddly as more like a glasses screw) before you insert your AAA batteries. The silver foil on the bubble bottle is also very fiddly, ended up trimming off with scissors, and the bottle itself is very small so wont last very long for what I need (Photo shoot)However, in general other than that its fine. Blows small bubbles and as I say lights up well. Hoping it fits larger bubble bottles too for replacement? I was a little disappointed but for the money its fair enough and does work.

I don't hate it, therefore 3 stars. However it arrived cracked, but because I wanted it for a party we used it. My daughter and her friends loved it. However it plays an awful tune, which I missed in the description. The bubbles are fine providing you stop and start the trigger occasionally. The downside is that adults and children can catch there finger in the trigger mechanism which can be quite painful. It did its job on the day but I would not recommend this product. I advise you to buy something more expensive and hopefully better quality. The provider delivered in good time.

One of my best friends loves bubbles of all kinds and I bought 6 of these bad boys for the festival season this year. They are absolutely awesome! We left them out in the rain, ran around with them, dropped them in mud, spilt alcohol all over them and still - they worked a dream! They light up and make noises as well as the main event, the shooting of hundreds of bubbles. I bought extra bubbles along with me but you have to save the bottles that come with the guns, as they are the only ones that fit the screw-in bit. These are completely child friendly but people of all ages will love these. We have left one in a field in Daresbury somewhere, whoever finds that will have a great time! The bubbles last quite a long time and the batteries still worked after a good 4 refills per gun. The batteries can fall out if you're chucking them about but work fine still once put back in. Indestructible really, exactly what you need in a bubble war.

Love this item as its an effortlessly way to blow bubbles for a 2 year old the flashing lights add colours to the bubbles which is great.It's value for money including free p&p and bubble refill.The only downfall is this is the second one we have purchased as if left on side liquid will leak into the gun and rot the wires and battery also if left in a garden toy box outside condensation will rot the inside of gun.Maybe if you could turn the sound off that would make it even better. But overall provides entertainment for my little man so that's all that matters. Would recommend to a friend.

I needed a bubble blower for my daughters 1st bday party, and chose this one for the price. It's good points are:a) it produces a ton of bubbles,b) the flashing lights are prettyc) it's cheaper than other automated ones.However it's bad points are:a) It makes loud, high pitched music of singing smurfs(?) or chipmunks(?). I mean really loud. And really annoying.b) It really drinks up the bubble mix fast, andc) as a result makes a hell of a mess on the floor.My toddler loves it, but she ends up making a huge slippery mess on the floor inside when she gets hold of it.

After reading the hundreds of mixed reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. However I was delighted that this turned out to be a really decent buy. Throws out tons of bubbles at a time and my daughter loves it. It does drink the bubble liquid though and although I have been refilling the gun regularly the quality of the bubble liguid itself needs to be decent otherwise it won't work effectively.For £3.99 I think this is a brilliant buy. Really pleased and would recommend for sure.
