It does what it is meant to. I am NOT disappointed.
Great product and a fantastic price (compared to some others!) Works very well indeed and it can be worn all day, comfortably supporting the knee. I have been using this for about a week and I have really noticed the difference it makes.

Knee support
This knee support was recommended to me by the NHS physiotherapist. I have an issue with my patella tendon. This brace is comfortable to wear and means it supports the knee as it heals.It doesn't ride up or move, but it does the job perfectly.I can wear it under stretchy leggings without it showing too much. ( not that i am bothered) but it's not really bulky.

Not for heavy workouts

Seems to be great but only tried it once so far
I have patellofemoral pain syndrome (Runner's knee), and in order to do any cardio, particularly high-impact sports such as running, spin classes, and cross-training, I must wear this until my knee heals properly; otherwise, I will need to take 6 months to a year off altogether. I wore this for spin class the other night and felt no knee pain at all, even with the maximum tension level, so I'm quite pleased with that. However, I won't push it too much. I'll try running at the weekend. Glad I can still do the activities I enjoy. 🤩

works really well
i usually hate knee supports but this one works really well. i like that you can adjust the fit and it offers great support and is really easy to use. it stops my knees from dislocating when i walk which i haven’t found another knee brace to help with so far so i love this!
