The screen protector arrived in a well packed box and the installation was very easy with the help of the installation tray. The screen protector sticks EXTREMELY well onto the screen, unlike some other rubbish ones I have bought before which pop off after a small fall. It is very strong and durable and has even survived in the hands of my little 2 year old who has managed to drop it a few times without the screen cracking at all. One of the major plus points of it I noticed is that no dust gathers around the edges unlike previous protectors, the glue seems to be well inside the protector itself therefore attracting no dust around the edges at all. Unfortunately my screen protector had a small hairline crack on it so I emailed OTAO to redeem the free replacement warranty and they replied the same day and confirmed a new one has been sent to me within 24 hours! Fantastic customer service for an excellent product, what more could you ask for?
