They are the m.2 thermal shields. Underneath them is the m.2 slot. Only remove them if you need to place one in the slot then screw it back on. They can stay on even if you have nothing to put in the slots.

Does this motherboard come with screws that is used to screw to the PC case? I cannot locate them... thanks
